How to remove duplicate menu items in WordPress admin?

Hello.
The problem is this: the theme was OptimizePress, everything worked fine. After updating the WP engine, two items with the OptimizePress theme settings appeared in the admin menu.
Can you tell me how to remove the duplicate? I'm attaching a screenshot
for clarity.

Try disabling and enabling the plugin.
