How to remove\disable the inertia of the cursor for the touchpad in Windows 10?
I have a Dell laptop with Windows 10 installed.
I really don’t like cursor control through the touchpad, I didn’t notice this in Windows 7.
There is a feeling that the cursor has some inertia, and after stopping the finger at a specific point on the touchpad, the cursor does not seem to immediately get into position, there is even a feeling that it slows down during movement and accelerates in the end. Visually, I see that at the last moment before stopping it moves as if by itself (by inertia), this makes it difficult for me to clearly position the arrow. I often miss.
What does it depend on, and is it possible to turn off this "sliding"?

I don’t know if it will help, but I had a similar problem (only on Windows 7) then I just updated the touchpad driver and everything was fine.
Plus, I don’t want to slander, but perhaps something is not so simple with the touchpad itself.
