How to remove deleted categories from dropdowns on opencart (ocstore 2.3)?

Greetings guys! I deleted the categories from the admin panel, they were lost on the site, but the admin panel appears in all the drop-down lists. Cleared the cache didn't help. How can I completely remove them from the drop down list? Thank you very much in advance!

Check if they are in the database using phpmyadmin
