How to remove category from wordpress url?

Good day to all! There is a site La Comete . I need to make the url structure lacomete.ru/blog/category, not lacomete.ru/blog/category/category. In permalinks I put "blog/.", but after that pagination does not work (404 error crashes). Please help solve the problem.
