After various experiments, it was found out that this is a Safari feature. If you press 3 times on the number, and after the question "Call or cancel" press "cancel", then Safari will decide that the site is not very reliable and therefore will display this message. To reset this memory, you need to allow you to call once. Or reset Safari preferences.
