Bought a new monitor. After switching on, black stripes appeared on the sides and the quality generally worsened. How to fix all this? As I understand the quality has deteriorated due to the large size of the monitor.

Set the screen resolution to the correct native for the monitor. It is possible to press the Auto button on the monitor if the signal is analog (on some monitors, the Auto button must be pressed twice)
