How to remove apache proxy?

The phpmyadmin panel stopped working after making a change to the apache config of one of the users, on the advice of ispsystem support. I wrote to them, they say that I have Apache proxying enabled, although if my memory serves me right, I did not make any changes there. How can I remove this proxying?
PS I use ispmanager business/
