How to remove all caching from the site?

I just don't understand what's happening:
If you visit the page for the first time ( https://docs-hub.ru/ ), then a project opens there that hasn't been on the server for a long time, plus an error is displayed in the console: "bad-precaching-response: bad-precaching-response"

If you update with a cache, the current project opens and the following is displayed in the console: "App is being served from cache by a service worker."

If you update when the cache is already updated - the old project still opens.

If you open a page that was not in the old project ( https://docs-hub.ru/product ), which was somehow cached - the correct page opens.

If you open it in incognito, a normal site opens, but an error is displayed in the console: "Error during service worker registration"

How to remove this worker?

There is such a Clear Site Data button in the same place where all the repositories are in chrome
