How to remove Adwords ad impressions for single-word keywords?

Good afternoon! Google AdWords. I'm spinning an automotive-themed ad. All keywords of the type: Service + Car make and model, Service + car part. All of them are not shorter than 2-3 words. There are no single-word wide keys like just "Service", everything is in a phrasal match. But according to reports, I regularly see impressions for search queries consisting of one word.
I checked it myself - I also see ads for one word, but I don’t need this because it’s not clear what people are looking for information or a service for such a request.
