How to remove adware from PC?

A friend sent me a link to the site. I thought that it was a logger and went through a vpn that has the function of detecting malware on the site. He found 230, but apparently he didn't find all of them. Now I have some kind of crap that opens huawei and phillips sites through ref. links. Hitman found nothing, kaspersky, eset, malwarebytes too. What to do? What to treat?

Remove all extensions, malwarebytes, kav
