How to remove a computer from Kaspersky's personal account?

I had Windows 7 and licensed Kaspersky on it, which was tied to my personal account. I completely demolished Windows 7 and installed 10. And I had to add a second computer to this key. Question: How can I remove an old computer from my personal account, if now such a computer does not exist?

On the issue - call Kaspersky's technical support, you pay them money. Let them work out.
