How to remotely control a child's iPhone?

Hello. Apple has a feature called Family Sharing. Its description states the following:

Screen Time shows you how much time your kids spend on apps, on websites, and on their devices in general. By using Screen Time with Family Sharing, you'll get reports about your kids' activities and can limit the amount of time they spend in certain apps right from your device.

And does anyone know how it works? On my MacBook, I added my daughter's Apple ID to the family. On her device, we confirmed joining the family. On the MacBook, it is now in Family Sharing. But how do I set up screen time on my macbook? Or does it only need to be done directly on her iPhone?
