How to remotely connect to debian 10?

There is a computer on Windows. From it, I want to manage a computer on Debian remotely in any way. I installed xrdp on debian, I registered the Debian IP address in the Windows rdp, but I get an error saying "the computer is turned off, it is impossible to connect to the remote computer."

Check the Firewall, and not only on routers, but also on the OS itself.
