How to remotely connect to a computer via vpn?

There is a computer (windows 7) with a local ip like 192.168.1.x, we connect, for example, from a phone, via the Internet to a vpn server organized on a router, we get an ip like 192.168.10.x
As I understand it, it is impossible to connect due to different subnets. What are the solutions?

@NeiroNx

I understand that 192.168.1.x and 192.168.10.x are local and VPN interfaces on the same router.
If routing (Table FORWARD) of traffic between networks 192.168.1.x and 192.168.10.x is enabled on the router, then no problem.
