How to remap a button on the keyboard by its physical code?

I am a happy owner of a keyboard with two buttons \|/

I have two of these buttons at once.
Is there a way to redefine the second button by the physical code (IntlBackslash)?
Already once I tried to look for programs where you can redefine buttons, but there they were redefined by value (symbol), and not by their physical location. That is, if I indicated that I need to redefine the key with the / symbol, then both were redefined at once. It doesn't suit me.

You will have to modify the firmware of the keyboard itself (if at all possible). There is no way for the system to determine which of the two keys was pressed, the code comes the same
