Probably not. Switch to 2007, for example (there is also no unicode there, so it is unlikely that you will have to change something in the projects).
In addition, in programs built on 7, for example, there is such a critical bug: with OS themes enabled (XPMan, or manifest in resources) in the OS starting from Vista (7, 8), if you press the ALT key, then all the buttons on the form will disappear.
There is an unofficial fix cc.embarcadero.com/item/24282 ( qc.embarcadero.com/wc/qcmain.aspx?d=37403 ) but random Access violations sometimes happen with it.
