Hello. I ran into a stupid problem, but for some reason I did not find even a hint of it on the Internet. I uploaded the bot to the server. I found a bug on it and I want to re-upload it. I took information about the bay from the

Judging by the screenshot from the next branch, you should contact support and find out what they have with the SFTP connection - you are trying to connect using it.
Maybe they turned it off for you, maybe they changed the port, for example, to 2222, I also met this as an option to fight Chinese-Hindu-Pakistani robots.
Also, before switching to completely unencrypted FTP, also try Explicit FTP over TLS (FTPS) - it will be about the same in speed, but the connection will be encrypted.
"Show detailed log" in your FileZilla seems to be already enabled, if suddenly not, then turn it on, there will be more details (right click on the log window).
