How to reload page without rerendering components in Nuxt?

I ran into a problem, I have a catalog page, and when I change the url parameters on it, and update the line via router.push (), all components are re-rendered, which is not very good for me. If I use the usual window.history.push, then the routing is lost in some cases and does not always start replaying fetch ().
Please tell me if there are any options for updating routing without re-rendering components.
