How to reload a file in VSC (sort of like F5 in a browser)?

I'm currently debugging the bot - I have to write to the log to debug webhooks.

But new lines in the log are not always displayed immediately - you have to close and open the file :)

Is it possible to somehow reload the file? Ideally - hang up on a keyboard shortcut.
