There is 80GB of email backup in eml format. The task is to move them to a folder on the Yandex mailbox.
What is the most reliable way to do this without losing emails and other potential problems?

I did it via em client via imap.
It was "painful" and took several days, although it corresponded to the formulation of the question - the restoration went without loss. The client has its own cache (all 80GB were duplicated there), but the em client normally allows you to specify the location of the storage in the FS and did not have to shaman with symlinks. I uploaded all the files at once, periodically I had to restart the client, but in general it did a good job and the goal was achieved, although not in such a simple way as I wanted.
