How to release ports in xampp due to skype?

Usually they change the ports on Skype, there in the settings you can choose to use other ports.

xampp\apache\conf\http.conf
look for Listen 80 (or add if not) and change to 8080, for example - service restart - profit.
In general, Google did not open yesterday, if that.

Thank you! Changing the config to 8080 helped... I don't have Skype installed at all, so I couldn't figure out what was occupying port 80...
