How to release DataGrid with search bar?

Colleagues, I have a task to create a DataGrid with a search string after the title, like in the image.

I ask for advice in the implementation of this, because my search on the network did not give a result.
Options to use ready-made paid components from DexExpress (by the way, in the image from him ) and similar ones do not suit him. Thanks in advance!

If you do not offer paid ones, then write your own component. Either from scratch, or inherit from DataGrid.
DataGrid source codes are available https://wpf.codeplex.com/SourceControl/latest#Tool...

Is there any point in being so embarrassed?
If the customer is not ready to pay - make it easier.
If this is for your small project - keep it simple.
In other cases, try telerik components, for example:
docs.telerik.com/devtools/wpf/controls/radgridview...
Here you can search for the version:
rutracker.org/forum/tracker.php?nm=telerik
