How to reinstall Sony Vegas Pro 13 video editor to a newer version while keeping plugins?

The question concerns the Sony Vegas Pro 13 video editor. This version is outdated for a long time, I would like to change it to 14 or 15, but the question is - the program needs to be reinstalled. For all the time I have accumulated a lot of plugins, I would like to move them to the new version. How to do it more humanely?
