How to reinstall centos without data loss?

How to reinstall centos 5.6 on 6th without losing data in the home partition and mounted disks to directories

If /home is on a separate partition, then the files on it will not be touched (unless you format the partition during installation).
Just make sure that the "Format" column is NOT checked on partitions you don't want to lose files on.

well, also transfer data from home to mounted disks, and then mount them back after reinstallation and move everything back to home ... a strange question

And what data can be lost if home is mounted in home? If you do not repartition and do not mount / in the old / home, then the data will not be affected. Maybe I misunderstood the question, but I don't see the problem.
