How to reindex a project in pycharm?

In general, I screwed up with nested folders in the project and now pycharm advises me on false paths to my files, and underlines the correct ones as errors, this does not affect the code in any way, it just infuriates and does not allow me to see how many errors and warnings are actually in the code. How can I reindex the project manually so that it again sees where all the files are?
