How to register on the official Kohana Framework forum?

Someone managed to register at the office. forum Kohana Framework?
I wrote a module for Kohana, I decided to talk about it on the official forum (forum.kohanaframework.org). It turned out it's not so easy.
1. After registering an account, you can log in, but you can not write to the forum. I logged in, sent emails to two different admins asking them to activate my account.
2. Then a letter came to the post office with a request to confirm the e-mail. I confirmed, after which the possibility of login disappeared altogether. When I try to log in, I get the message "Sorry, permission denied."
3. I decided that I was doing something wrong and tried to register again, using a different e-mail. But in the end I got the same result.
4. A week has passed, nothing has changed. Sadness.
How do you get past this quest? I have never met the OpenSource-community as unfriendly to new members.
