Be sure to look on the bank's website page for its correct payment details. For example, like here: www.bankuralsib.ru/bank/details/index.wbp. It turns out that for this bank in the name you need to indicate: OJSC "URALSIB". And as a BIC (aka SWIFT BIC): AVTBRUMM. With the rest, as far as I understand, there should be no problems.
