I have the following problem.
My html page should contain WebRTC (video conference) and it needs to be updated, but when the page is updated, it usually issues a second confirmation request for the web camera and microphone, and so every time after the update. The Internet is full of information on how to update an iFrame without refreshing the page. But there is no info anywhere on how to refresh the page without refreshing the iFrame. In found one information -

No way. iFrame is part of the page. It's impossible. Use the ajax, Luke.
