How to reflash IP-TV set-top box Motorolla Vip 1003?

I switched to another provider but is still connected to Rostelecom, I bought a Motorolla vip1003 IPTV set-top box from them, and I want to watch another provider's IPTV with it. It has Rostel's firmware on it, and of course it's pointless to push a cable from another provider there. I found the firmware, but there are no instructions anywhere ( https://sourceforge.net/projects/vip19x0.arris/fil... Please help me with this difficult issue.

Try putting everything on a flash drive. Theoretically, when the set-top box meets the Bootloader on the USB flash drive, it will flash itself ...
If it doesn’t work out, try pressing the "MENU" button on the remote during the initial stages of loading the set-top box, you should then get into the boot-menu from where you should be able to start the firmware update process
