How to refer to Heroku's photo?

I deployed the bot to Heroku, but I can't figure out what to write in the photo parameter in the bot.send.photo method. Before that, it referred to a folder on the computer, but how to implement it on Heroku itself. Tried to use the link. In the plan, I uploaded a disk to Google and got it from there, but in this way the photo loses quality and is cut off. Please help me how to upload a picture
