How to reduce the temperature of the video memory?
There is a video card 2060 from KFA2. Everything is fine with the core temperature, and the memory is almost always + -15 degrees hotter, and reaches 85-90 degrees. The memory chips are cooled by a common radiator through thermal pads.
Actually, the question is: do such temperatures affect the life of the card, do you need to do something about it, and if you do, then what?

The maximum temperature for the memory should be specified in the manufacturer's specification. The permissible temperature from memory, judging by the information from Google sources, is no more than 110 degrees. Only after this limit will throttling of the video card be performed. Memory hot GPU is also the norm. The maximum operating temperature of the GPU is 88 degrees.
