How to reduce the load on the network interface?
Good day to all. I have a 1C + SQL server server at work, problems with it have recently started. That is, those who connect via VPN, 1C slows them down. When monitoring the server itself, I noticed that the network interface was loaded at 100%. Please advise how to deal with this?

If by VPN these are remote users who climb into 1C via the Internet, then it’s rather strange that they could work normally without RDP or a web server before.
If the base is on managed forms (BP 3.0, UT 11, UNF, etc.), then publish the base on a web server (Apache or IIS) and work as a browser or thin client via http/https.
If the base is old on regular forms, then RDP will help you.
If the configuration is on managed forms, then publish the database on a web server and connect to it with a thin client, specifying " http://... " in the connection string
