How to reduce packet loss?

The server is in Canada and I am in Russia.
Approximately 1% loss is observed. It seems to be normal, but in my case it is a lot.
You can't change the server.
Changing the client application is also impossible.
Everything else is possible.
The quality of the Internet itself is excellent. For example, ping to Toaster is 2ms, loss is 0%. Channel 100 Mbit.
I'm thinking of renting my own server in Canada and installing [some] software on it that will help create a channel without packet loss.
But what software? Tell me please. That is, something like a proxy or VPN, perhaps.
Theoretically, you can, say, send each packet twice for reliability. Traffic, of course, will double, and even a little ping, but 1% loss will turn into 0.01% loss. Better yet, send each packet three times. But I do not know what technology helps to implement this. Any ideas?

There is no such software. Even before the Internet, the network itself was built with the obligatory consideration of packet losses. Packet loss is the norm. The main thing is the level of these losses.

Do a trace and look for losses on which hop, then contact the owner's support with a request to sort it out

Set up a tcp tunnel to Canada. As far as I know, tcp guarantees the delivery of packets. It sends packets until Canada acknowledges receipt (in theory).
