How to redirect visitors in Wordpress to different domains?

Suppose there is a site on domain.com , is it possible to do so, if visitors from Russia come to it, then they are redirected to domain.ru , and if users are from Belarus, then they are redirected to domain.by ?
All others remain on domain.com
