How to redirect one application through proxy with UDP?

Hello.
Can only a certain application on my computer be passed through sock5 with UDP ?
To be more precise, this is wine and on my vps with dante.
If yes, how to organize it.
P.S. I don't want to redirect all traffic. Yes, and it's hard. On Windows there was ProxyCap but it is not here.
