How to redirect from localhost:300/api/~ to host/api/~ in Nginx?

NGINX works as a proxy to the application on nodejs, the application makes requests to the api, everything is ok with the main one, but when you go to another page, the browser knocks on localhost. Is there any possibility to cut this part to /api ?
