How to redirect from https to http without SSL on WP?

There are 2 hosting and 1 domain. SSL is, but without access. Moved a site from one domain with SSL to a domain without SSL. In search engines links with https. Is there any way to do a redirect? http works, but who visited the site https, https is automatically substituted, but it does not work. Only clearing the cache helps. Maybe somehow the cache can be cleared using the server?) Or some other solution until a new SSL appears?
