How to redirect from http to https?

Pages with news are not redirected
If I enter into the address bar:
domain.ru
domain.ru
www.domain.ru
then everything is redirected to https://domain.ru/

But if I enter:
domain.ru/news/1
domain.ru/news /1
www.domain.ru/news/1
then there is no redirection to https://domain.ru/news/1 .

Should this be fixed or is this how it should be? When you switch to a publication from the site menu, the redirect is triggered.
