How to redirect all traffic to a domain and get a response?

Hello. I found a "loophole" with my operator through which you can receive free Internet.
We will not go into details, since the topic is old, but I have not seen about my operator, so I can say that I found it myself.
The bottom line is that this only works when visiting a specific address (not a domain), which looks something like:

free.operator.net/info/

In general, the question is:
Is it possible to redirect all traffic to a domain (not ip) and use it as a proxy (vpn) (raising the server is not a problem).
I would be grateful if you tell me where to dig

. I'm not interested for the sake of profit, abuse, or because I'm greedy, and so on. Just interested in the topic.

Those. details, give there a sea of options:
1) a filter by domain - you register a domain and hang an anonymizer on it. Or maybe raising the proxy will fail, depending on how it is configured.
2) filter by ip + hosting from the provider - the same solution.
3) internal service provider. The simplest is mail. Previously, you could find site2mail scripts that download the url and send it over the soap. Purely theoretically, the same can be done on the system of internal messages or chat.
4) there is still a way to proxy through dns, getting responses in NS records .
All of them are working and slow , the last two are very slow.

And then they will crawl into the network through your proxy, and you will sit down as an extreme or accomplice. You need it for free internet. Not for profit. Just interested in the topic.
