How to redefine pages when accessing by url?

There are directories on the hosting, each of which contains page files, for example:
/vozmojnosti/
- index.php
- vozmojnost1.php
- vozmojnost2.php
/ceny/
- index.php
- ceny1.php
- ceny2.php
/dokumenty/
- index. php
- dokumenty1.php
- dokumenty2.php

I would like to upload all files in 1 folder, but at the same time, so that the pages open under the necessary urls, for example:
the page is actually located in the /pages/ceny2.php directory, but to be opened through the url /ceny /ceny2.php and /pages/ceny.php as /ceny/
