The hosting company (in one person) disappeared for several months. Doesn't get in touch by any means.

There is a link to the ISPManager panel, login. The previous password is not suitable, for unknown reasons (not for the first time)

From the Client panel on the Hosting company website, I can not change the password, writes "# Failed to change password".
When I reset my password, it says email is not specified. The hoster didn't even specify an email...

I have several sites on this hoster, and all of them have the same story.

How can this problem be solved?

If I were you, I would translate the conflict into a legal plane, if everything is really as you say. To begin with, a registered letter, then to the court.
