How to recover from a dump in PostgreSQL?
Before that, I used MySQL for about a year, but there it’s trite -uroot -ppassword db_name <dump.
The day before yesterday I installed PostreSQL, I'm getting used to it, from the archive without problems, but I couldn't with sql, I tried to run restore and psql through the console in the folder. Tested in windows 7.

Well, what's the catch?
psql mydb <dump.sql

I also tried this method from the reference manual of Vasiliev A.Yu.
The catch is that you can't restore it. The database is just a test.
