How to recover forgotten password for deepfreeze from faronics on OSX?

In general, there is deepfreeze from faronics (the reason for all my unsaved saves after reboot).
I don't know the password and username, how can I disable this "miracle"?
The developers say that passwords cannot be recovered and they are not stored in the system.
I don't believe in it. Is the log stored anywhere in the system? Or is this possible?
Who faced a similar problem - at least a little clarify the situation. It's scary that you have to work without rebooting, you don't want to demolish the system.
In the meantime, I'm browsing through the files (except for coderesourses (code snippet)

dict>
  <key>files</key>
  <dict>
    <key>Resources/8ball.icns</key>
    <data>
    qky1en8lYyD5uUaEFxszg4g67uE=
    </data>
    <key>Resources/Alert_disabled.png</key>
    <data>
    suLzKYZMih6yHZ45xd3JpXmjjqM=
    </data>

There is nothing intelligible - and then, I suspect that only the names of files (pictures) are stored here. I understand correctly?

Oooh))) A familiar problem! Windu "recovered" by replacing system files. Helped. Haven't tried it with osx.
