In general, the situation is as follows
- I took a disk image through dd
- then testdisk went through the file through Deep Search (in some cases it helps and you can do undelete there)
- if it doesn’t help, then from the same PhotoRec author (if files of certain formats) can also bite (in my case it was csv files) so there were no specific file start marks.
- In the end, I got a list of tags that are used in csv-shki and, using these tags, I bit out the data from the raw file through the command:
where MT_no. - the beginning of the necessary information in the file, and \x00 - the zero byte with which I determine the end of the necessary information
Good afternoon comrades!
There is such a task: Restore a file after deletion from the pool in FreeNAS (ZFS)
Initial data: Server of 6 stacks in RAID 10. Total volume is more than 10Tb
The following software was tried:
1) Testdisk
2) R-studio
3) extundelete
4) Foremost
5 ) UFS Explorer Pro
The second found VHD files, but they were all corrupted and not the correct size. Suggest options for data recovery. VHD files are prioritized.
Sincerely, Pulut!
