How to recover files after git reset --hard?

Hello. A git repository has been created for the project. The developer in the project did "git init" and "git add .", and then realized that logs were getting into git, and decided to add them to gitignor, but before that he did git reset --hard. After that, all the files that were indexed disappeared. That is, he did not have time to commit, let alone send to a remote repository
