How to recover deleted data from postgresql table?

Accidentally deleted entries in the table for the 23rd. Is there any way to get the deleted rows back? I use Data Grip. How to view base dumps if they were made? How to return values to a table?

How to view base dumps if they were made?

Find out:
- whether they were done at all
- how exactly they were done
- where they were saved
Restore data using the answers to the previous paragraphs.
Get from backup
