I deleted the folder completely from the computer (not in the trash), there were videos, documents and pictures in the folder, everything is needed for work. I tried to restore via hetman partition recovery, easeus, recuva and if everything is restored, then the files cannot be read. Maybe there is some way out or some working programs?

This question pops up on the Toaster with enviable regularity - at least once a month.
In addition to the mentioned easeus, recuva, I would recommend R.Saver - an exceptionally simple and convenient data recovery utility. It is enough for her to specify the target disk / partition, and the one to which the found files should be dumped. No "analysis" and other excesses. The structure of attachments found (folders-subfolders-files) remains the same as it was on the source.
For me, R.Saver easily restored my photo archive, which was accidentally deleted "irrevocably" (that is, not to the Recycle Bin, due to the huge volume).

Are you restoring to the same disk? And you overwrite your data
