How to record sound when recording with OBS, provided that it is turned to 0?

When recording from a PC, I can turn the sound to 0, but the OBS continues to record sound
Now I needed to do this on an Asus Aspire 3 laptop, but when I turn the sound to 0, it stops recording sound
How to do the same on a laptop? I checked all the settings - everything is one to one, I can’t understand how it happened
