How to record sound from different applications?

There are two running programs from which you need to record sound separately. How can you do? Are there any programs for intercepting sound and recording it?

With something like a virtual audio cable, you can create virtual audio playback devices that you can then capture with something like audacity.
But this is provided that in the programs you can assign a device for sound output in the settings.

If applications allow you to select an audio device - put two audio devices, and write sound from them.
If they don't allow it, then no way.

This program saves me (Voice Meeter Banana):
Please note that Banana is needed from the entire line. Well, or you can choose a cooler one, it's just that there is already a lot of charge there, so Banana is optimal.
Naturally, at least one of your programs should have a setting that allows you to choose which speakers or headphones to send sound to. Many programs with sounds (where the sound is not limited to button clicks) have this setting.
