I don’t know how to solve the problem, so that he tries to restore the connection and continues recording, and does not rewrite the file again.

The mp4 container is not designed to record streaming video, it will always crash if the streaming video data network fails.
Change the target container, in your case mp4, for example to mkv, and after the end of the recording, convert to mp4.
mp4 - in your case - this is exactly the container, and not the codec that encodes the video data - these concepts should be distinguished.
